With my background in Mortgage Finance over 18 Years I had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of clients. I had the pleasure of working with all sorts of people and in nearly all cases they did not have a plan for their retirement. Whilst they had aspirations for Wealth most of them did not really have a strategy for making it happen.To be honest it was more a vague idea that seemed to get pushed back to the end of the queue because...well they were just busy, you know how life gets in the way...
With my own experience what I have come to learn is unless we make something a priority, unless we have that sense of urgency then it is just way too easy to just drift along and in effect let life pass us by and eventually we all arrive...the question is where? and is that destination a place we are going to be happy with??
It's not too late to make a change if you are ready to be challenged.
However I caution YOU... Too often I have witnessed Investors make buying decisions that went on to regret and one of the greatest issues was their lack of research or the source of that research...
It is very important to understand who paid for or commissioned the research? Was it a Developer or a Property Marketer?
